If they are telling you have a short somewhere that is bad as


not to alarm but could lead to fire. If the units are the only thing on that circuit it could be anywhere from the breaker panel to the unit itself. And as the others have said heat and hvac are massive power users so make sure the breaker is large enough for the draw. Keep in mind if you keep putting in bigger amp breakers and there is a wire problem that is only hiding the problem. If there is a wire issues and the breaker does not trigger then the result could be melted wires
